Delivery Information
Our standard delivery charges are as follows:
Orders under £50.00 - £3.75
Orders over £50.00 - Free delivery
Standard delivery applies to all of the UK except for the Isles of Man, Wight & Scilly, Northern Ireland, The Channel Isles and Scottish Highland & Island postcodes PH10-44, PH49-50, IV, KW, PA20-88, ZE, KA27-28 and HS. In these cases we reserve the right to contact you if necessary and advise you of an additional charge for delivery.
We aim to deliver your order within 7 working days provided that all items are in stock. If any items are out of stock when we receive your order we may despatch part of the order with the remaining goods to follow. In the event of a delay in sending you your order we will contact you to inform you.
Small items are sent by Royal Mail, heavier parcels will be sent out by carrier and will be delivered between Monday & Friday, and a signature will be required for these parcels.
Queries regarding orders and delivery should be referred to our Customer Services Dept. Any claims for lost or damaged goods should be referred to us as soon as possible, whenever possible we will replace damaged or missing items or provide a refund.
